Ogrodowa Office is an office building with retail and service part, class A, located at the intersection of Ogrodowa and Zachodnia streets in Łódź.

The total area of 28.6 thousand m² consists of 6 floors for rent.

The investor responsible for the construction of the facility is Warimpex, a leading company in the Central and Eastern European market.

Our task was to design and make installations on arranged surfaces.

The installation scope included:

• Electrical Installations,
• Structured network (LAN) installations,
• Access control system installations (SKD),
• Burglary and assault signaling system installations (SSWiN),
• Installation of intelligent building management and automation system (BMS),
• Gas extinguishing system installations.

Since the commencement of works in the Ogrodowa Office building, we have implemented arrangement projects for tenants:
